Unfortunately just after we left Gambia in April 2024 Fatima’s hand was badly burnt with a pot of boiling water, we thought she may have lost the use of that hand but it seems like she’s making a full recovery,

The accident as badly scared her hand and stripped away the pigment but looking at the video of her hand it looks like she’s made full recovery of the use of the hand so we’re very happy for that result.
